Killing A.N.T.S ( Automatic Negative Talk) – Internal Thoughts & Environment

Your brain is like a supercomputer. Your self-talk is the program it will run.
Reduce negative self-talk.
You program your own supercomputer.

Mind is always eavesdropping on your self-talk

Bad self talk = becomes unconscious programs for your mind
Ex. Not going to remember name

Good self talk = Keeping it positive

Use Use mental magicAabra Ka Daabra to eliminate these A.N.T.S
Your super brain will improve just like magic.

A – Acknowledge

Don’t fight it acknowledge it.

What you resists persists
Ex. Do not think of a pink giraffe – you think of it

When you argue and fight for your limitations, you get to keep them.

Acknowledge – Don’t resist – Keep it positive & acknowledge it’s there

B – Breathe & Release

Breathe into the place where you feel like you have that thought.
Then Breathe in possibility, power, purpose and potential.

Breath – Breath in your potential and then release that thought.
Release limitation, negativity out and visualize it while doing it

Release – Release thought with your breath and visualize

A – Align – Means to reset

Do a reset! Eliminate and release your negative thought.
To align with your truth self you have to relate to the truth about who you are and your real genius!

What ever negative thought is say opposite!

Say the opposite, make it positive and make it more empowering.
Align – Align back to your true nature – Do a reset


External Environment (positive peer group) – Part of 10 keys To Unlocking Your Super Brain

External environment is the people around us. Be around a positive peer group.

You are the average of the people you spend the most time with. Who you spend time with is who you become.

Two Kinds of people – Like toys
(+) Battery included – Encouraging, challenging you, educating you and holding you to a higher standard.
(-) Energy vampire – Be sensitive. Stand guard to doors of your heart, mind and yourself. Don’t let them drain your energy & Vitality.
Self love and self care are not selfish.

Loving yourself is putting yourself in environments internally and externally to succeed at highest level!

Key points:

  • Use the ABRA technique when negative thoughts arise.
  • Guard yourself against “energy vampires”.
  • Who you spend time with is who you become.
