This location memory aid will help you learn these ten foods and any grocery list in the future.

Location = Context

We remember where things are in our life.

The context (Location) helps you remember the content.

You can store information on filing systems at different locations(places). You want to make the locations imaginable and extraordinary in your mind. Be like a child again. Visualize it and see it.

Use your imagination.

Location = Store information using imagination. Make it memorable, imaginable & and extraordinary in your mind.

Body list

Your body is a location that you carry around all the time.
Your body is a new place that can store information. This list consists of ten places on your body from top to bottom memorizing foods.

Point out and say the area of location on your body when reading this post. Say the food and Imagine and visualize it. Do you see, feel it and smell it?

Don’t just hear it(if your taking the course) or read it. See it! You see in pictures!

Information & Emotion = long term memory.

  1. Top of HeadAvocados
    Avocados – Your a kid putting avocados all on top of your head. Your making guacamole.
  2. NoseBlueberries
    Blueberries – The blueberries are coming and dripping out of your nose.
  3. MouthBroccoli
    Big stock of broccoli is coming out of your mouth and growing outwards.
  4. EarsCoconut Oil
    Coconut oil oozing out of your ears. Eww!
  5. Larynx – Throat area – Eggs
    Someone is throwing eggs or cracking eggs at your throat.
  6. ShouldersGreen leafy vegetables
    Green leafy vegetables
    making a salad on your shoulders.
  7. Collar boneSalmon
    Salmon – Necklace of fish consisting of salmon and sardines.
  8. FingersTurmeric
    Your putting your fingers into this golden powder( turmeric). Your fingers are covered in turmeric.
  9. BellyWalnuts
    A belt full of walnuts, or walnuts coming out your belly button.
  10. SeatDark chocolate
    Imagine sitting on a bunch of dark chocolate. Now your clothes are stained. Good job!
